Covid-19 Policy

We appreciate that it's hard to keep up with guidance and with announcements being made daily you may be unsure about what is currently available at The Secret Day Spa or what you're next appointment may look like.

We have therefore outlined below all of the information you will need for our reopening Monday 6th July.


Client Information 


✔ Since our last update, facials and massage treatments were permitted to go ahead for the 6th which means all treatments are now available except those that need the shower facilities. (Body Wrap, Exfoliation & Hot Stone when paired with Exfoliation).

✔ Gemma is back in the spa for Professional Make Up Application on Fridays & Saturdays at a new charge of £34.

✔ Our Injectable Clinic & Semi Permanent Make Up Clinics are also back up and running. Please keep an eye on our social media channels for the next available dates.

✔ We still have availability for the month of July and you can go ahead and book your own appointment via our Phorest Booking System. 

✔ All surfaces & equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every treatment.

✔ Single-use disposable items will be used where necessary (sustainable alternatives where possible). Those with nail appointments will be required to purchase their own 'Nail Pack' for £3 which includes a personal nail file, buffer and cuticle oil. You can take this with you after your treatment and bring it to your next appointment should you wish.

✔ There has been a small fee added to all treatments to cover PPE & extra sanitisation. This is reflected on our booking service. If you have a gift voucher for a specific treatment you will still need to cover this small fee. PPE will be replaced after every treatment.

✔ We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.


Apointment Information 


✔ Please arrive promptly for your appointment, wearing a mask. If you see that the reception area is occupied please enjoy the fresh air outside and a member of staff will come out to greet you.

✔ For the safety of everyone you will be directed to pay for your treatment upon arrival, we ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where possible. (Please note that tips cannot be processed on the card but if you wish to leave some cash for your therapist we can leave it in a secure area for a period of 7 days until it is deemed safe to distribute) 

✔ We have staggered client arrival times to minimise close contact & where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area. You will be directed to use hand sanitiser before/after treatment. 

✔ You may be directed to leave the building through a different door from that which you entered to avoid any traffic flows. 

✔ Please contact us to rearrange your appointment if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell, or if any person in your household has the same or is self isolating.
